About Tracefast Limited

The Card concept is the brainchild of David and Yvonne Doonan, (David is the MD of Tracefast) who lost their 4 year old daughter and experienced the trauma of this situation first hand. Naturally they were in a state of shock and it took precious time to gather all the information that was required.

Thankfully, their daughter was returned safely but it was this experience that made them realise just how easy it is to panic and lose potentially critical time in this sort of situation. The Doonan’s did not want to find themselves in this situation again and it occurred to them that there was an opportunity to develop a product to help all parents and guardians.

Therefore, Tracefast has spent the last two years developing the Safety Card and ensuring we are in a position to offer the Cards to parents and guardians in the most convenient and cost effective way.

The Doonan’s all carry Tracefast Safety Cards now as do many of the people they have come into contact with!

Tracefast Limited (Reg No. 5066856) is based in Telford where the main administration and customer service support is carried out by Severnserve Ltd, Tracefast’s corporate partner.

Severnserve offer web design and administrative expertise – and are responsible for the technical elements of your Tracefast Safety Cards. Anyone purchasing Cards can be assured that the level of speed, service and security provided by Severnserve will reflect their proven track record. We are delighted to have them as our technical partners.

In addition, Tracefast is supported by a small number of carefully vetted Representatives whose role is to bring the Safety Card concept to people’s attention, be that through conversations with individuals, retailers and organizations or employers.

Tracefast themselves will then handle the data you submit to be included on your cards from our Telford offices and will despatch your Cards to you within 5 working days of receipt. The data you supply will then be destroyed for your added security.
