Child’s details specially collated following advice from WPC Software, who provide the Police Missing Person’s Computer System known as ‘Compact’	The information contained in the card will accurately match the information required by the Police and in a format they are familiar with. You will be surprised at the level of detail the police require, ranging from specific physical features, to habits, to medical information. Having it all to hand can be quite a task.
The Card has been developed through regular dialogue with the Coordinating Officer for the Missing Persons Policy at the National Centre of Policing Excellence and the Police Criminal Records Bureau	Holders of the Tracefast Safety Card can be assured that the Card and associated processes follow best practice to maximize its security and effectiveness
The Card is password protected and all details submitted to Tracefast are destroyed once the card is produced. The Tracefast process has been verified by the CRB and Data Protection Office.	The child’s details on the Card and all associated processes are absolutely secure, offering further peace of mind.
Information can be e-mailed and / or downloaded immediately.	The first two hours when a child goes missing are critical – therefore relevant information, provided rapidly could significantly increase the chances of finding a missing child – and quickly!
The Card is strong and provided with both a soft and hard case holder.	The Cards should not normally need replacing due to wear and tear.
Additional ‘Keepsake’ Information File for detailing personal information about your child.	Provides a ‘keepsake’ option to store memories and other pictures on the card- we hope it is never required for its primary purpose so this offers an added benefit and further value for money.
